Dr. Britton Wood, minister, teacher, author, marriage education, certified family life educator, and marriage therapist. He is also husband, father, grand and great grandfather. He has served as campus minister, single adult minister and family minister. He has been board chair for The Learning Center of North Texas, active in Texas Council on Family Relations and NCFR, with Bobbye served as international president couple for Better Marriages (ACME), coordinated the International Marriage Enrichment Conferences (IMEC) for ten years, written several books on relationships including one on grief. Britton loves to play tennis, walk, take hikes, do jigsaw puzzles, and play dominoes daily with Bobbye. Dr. Bobbye Wood is a retired English teacher, author, poet, marriage educator, parent, grandparent, and great-grandparent. She is an avid reader and gardener, and travel with Britton to National Parks. With her husband, she co-hosts a monthly Marriage Enrichment meeting for couples, as well as speaking at churches, conferences, and webinars. The Woods have traveled to every continent (except Antarctica) speaking to couples about the great adventure and the even greater joys of marriage. |
