Bruce A. Newman, Ph. D is a Professor at Western Oklahoma State College in Altus, Oklahoma. He has published several essays, testified before an Oklahoma legislative committee on the Founders' view of property rights, and given talks on political and legal matters. He is an Earhart Fellowship recipient and has been listed in Who's Who Among America's. He has taught various political science courses, including American Government, Introduction to Law and Introduction to Political Theory. Professor Newman is a member of the American Political Science Association and an adjunct scholar at the Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs.
