Arthur W. Pink (1886-1952) was an English-born Christian teacher and writer whose works became highly influential within Reformed and evangelical theology. After early involvement in several ministry settings in Britain, the United States, and Australia, Pink devoted much of his later life to writing and biblical study.Although his work was not widely recognised during his lifetime, his writings were rediscovered in the mid-twentieth century and gradually gained a substantial readership. Pink's books are known for their close engagement with Scripture and their emphasis on the doctrines of divine sovereignty, grace, and the majesty of God.Among his most widely read works are The Sovereignty of God, The Attributes of God, and The Holy Spirit, all of which continue to be studied by readers interested in the doctrinal traditions of Reformed Christianity.
