Carol Melber has a B.A. in Public Administration and is a J.D. who lives and writes in California. In 2015 Carol published a children's book written in verse titled JUMPING JELLYBEANS. Carol is currently working on a sequel to The Rolling Moon and plans to release a book of Poetry and a second Children's book later in 2016.
