High in the clouds is the magical kingdom of Oo-lah-lah where everyone can create whatever they desire just be imagining it. But one boy's greatest desire is to go to Earth to search for true happiness. The king allows him to travel there for three days, but without his magical powers. On the first day, the boy washes dishes in a restaurant. On the second day, the boy works as a messenger delivering packages. But he does not find happiness. On the third and final day, the boy discovers a beautiful garden and learns that making something with his own hands gives him the happiness he has desired. To thank the boy for his work, the gardener gives him a red bag filled with seeds. He returns to Oo-lah-lah and teaches others the happiness that creating something with your own hands can bring.
