Charles F. Haanel (1866-1949) was an American author, businessman, and lecturer associated with the New Thought movement. His writings explored the relationship between mental discipline, personal development, and the creative power of thought. Through The Master Key System, originally issued as a series of instructional lessons, Haanel helped shape many of the ideas that later influenced twentieth-century success literature.
