The international humanitarian organization Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) has been working in Peru since 1985. This book celebrates their work and the people whose existence they have salvaged.

He joined Magnum Photos in 1988 and became a full Member in 1993.His short film "Indecisive Moments" has won an Achievement in Filmmaking for a Documentary (Short) at The New York International Independent Film and Video Festival (NYIIFVF) known as "the voice of indie film".
