Florence is a native of Northern Ireland and is an NLP Trainer and coach based in Cumbria in the UK. Living near the Lake District she is a keen walker, a rugby fan, loves reading history and has had a lifelong love of animals. She has a degree in Economic History from Queen's University Belfast and held various management and Human Resources roles before setting up her own management development business in 2002. Florence is an Accredited NLP Trainer, a New Code NLP Practitioner and Coach, a Generative Coach, a Thinking Partner (Coach) and an Edward De Bono Six Thinking Hats Trainer. She runs open NLP courses in The Lake District and in Greece. She also works all over the UK developing and delivering bespoke training solutions for organisations in the private, public and third sector. She develops and delivers programmes on leadership, team effectiveness and coaching as well as the full range of management skills. She is the author of The Intention Impact Conundrum which is based on her open course that she runs in the Lake District.
