I would like to clarify the important role of Truc Lam Zen School by researching its influences on Vietnamese society. My hope is to highlight the attractive, impressive, honorable and respectful aspects of this school¿s devoted path, attainments and achievements. I mean to defend that TLZS is the apex of Vietnamese Buddhism, going beyond the words and sentences and giving a spiritual way for meditators to adapt in their earnest effort to reach the higher realm of welfare. That also means, more than individual liberation, to revive the golden period of Vietnamese Zen Buddhism for later generations' contribution to make a Buddhist foundation more and more thriving and widespread.
