School administration has over time been dedicated to: ¿ Recruitment, motivating and developing personnel required by the organization ¿ Helping in creating a healthy working climate and appropriate organizational structure to promote maximum commitment and effort ¿ Ensuring that the abilities and skills possessed by people are used to the optimum in pursuance of school organizational objectives ¿ Ensuring the organization complies with its legal, social and moral obligations both to employees and to others (including the general public) affected by the organization's activities. ¿ Establishing the need for personnel, recruitment and selection, inducting, maintaining and supervising personnel.
