Prof. Harold Liu is the Head of Software Service Engineering Department at Beijing Institute of Technology, China. He holds a Ph.D. degree from Imperial College, U.K., and a B.Eng. degree from Tsinghua University, China. Before moving to academia, he worked at IBM Research as a Staff Researcher and Deutsche Telekom Labs as a Postdoctoral Scholar.
