While on their honeymoon in the Blue Ridge Mountains Josiah receives an urgent call form his son John. In a matter of a few hours Josiah meets and old colleague and is swept up in a deadly game of smuggling, and intrigue which leads to a desperate kidnapping. The Smuggling of animal parts and plants has become very lucrative business and much of it is controlled by criminal interests from different parts of the globe.Everything leads to an explosive confrontation.
