Peter Sparding is the Senior Vice President and Director of Policy at the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress (CSPC) in Washington, DC. He has written about and analyzed US-Germany relations and transatlantic economic and foreign policy ties for two decades. He has been a fellow with the German Marshall Fund of the United States and has lived, worked and studied in Washington, DC, Berlin, Copenhagen and Kansas City.
