Susanna Harutyunyán (1963) es una de las escritoras más aclamadas de Armenia, con ocho libros publicados hasta el momento y numerosas publicaciones en antologías de cuentos. Por la presente novela recibió el mayor honor de Armenia, el Premio Presidencial de Literatura en 2016. Es editora de la revista literaria Kayaran y vive en Ereván. Las obras de Susanna han sido traducidas al inglés, persa, griego, rumano, azerbaiyano, alemán, kazajo y otros idiomas.

Susanna Harutyunyan (1963) is one of Armenia's most acclaimed writers, with eight books published to date and numerous appearances in short story anthologies. For the present novel she received Armenia's highest literary honor, the Presidential Prize for Literature, in 2016. She is the editor of the literary magazine Kayaran and lives in Yerevan. Her works have been translated into English, Persian, Greek, Romanian, Azerbaijani, German, Kazakh, and other languages.
