Dr. Adam Gledhill is a Course Director: Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences at Leeds Beckett University, England, with 20 years' teaching experience across further and higher education. He is a British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES) Accredited Sport and Exercise Scientist (Support, Research and Pedagogy; Psychology; Sport Performance) with over 15 years' experience working as an applied practitioner in a range of sporting environments, including Head of Sport Science and Head of Psychosocial Development roles within women's and girls' football. In recognition of his approaches to applied practice, Adam was the recipient of the 2020 BASES Applied Practitioner Award. Richard Moss is Assistant Professor and the Academic Plan Lead for BSc (Hons) Sport Rehabilitation at the University of Nottingham with extensive experience teaching in lifelong, further and higher education settings. He is a BASRaT registered Graduate Sport Rehabilitator and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
