Hanna Horn, born in 2000, is a PhD researcher who is pursuing her degree at the German department of Universität Greifswald, in the DFG-funded research group »Baltic Peripeties. Narratives of Reformations, Revolutions and Catastrophes«. She obtained her specialist degree in literary writing at the Maxim Gorky Literature Institute in Moscow. In her project, she works with material objects' functions in migration-life-writing of home, on the example of contemporary Belarusian platformised writing, implementing actor-network theory and object-oriented narratology combined with cultural and close reading analysis. Tim Senkbeil, born in 1997, works as a doctoral researcher at the International Research Training Group »Baltic Peripeties Narratives of Reformations, Revolutions and Catastrophes«, a cooperation between the Universities of Greifswald, Trondheim and Tartu. He researches the narration and formation of time in German literature dealing with 1989 and the aftermath. Previously, he worked as a research assistant at the Wolfgang Koeppen Archive at Universität Greifswald. He studied German, History and Swedish in Greifswald and Lund and completed his studies with a teaching degree. |
