There are no secret scientific rhythms or special techniques for walking.
It is programmed into our bodies physically and neurologically.
We do not create or control walking with our brains.

It means that you don't need any:

The act of initiating bipedal walking is to physically lean forward. Every act of walking begins with a slight lean.
